Summer Kindness Exchange

Kinder Leeds are an amazing organisation, championing joy and compassion. They’ve joined forces with Plexus Wellbeing and  will be at their Summer Kindness Exchange, at HEART - Headingley Enterprise and Arts Centre sharing tarot readings.

I’ll also be talking about the power of tarot for wellbeing and self compassion, and sharing a workshop how to use tarot to create poetry which can help us dive into our psyche from a place of self acceptance, connection, and above all, *overcoming*!
